Builder

District One was created by the Meydan Group in partnership with Sobha, the Indian construction company. The main task of these two companies was to create not just a residential development in the Mohammed Bin Rashid City area, but also to surround the project with many amazing parks, reservoirs, and forests.

The Meydan Group company has been in operation since 2010. Its main project was the racetrack of the same name in Dubai, where the Horse Racing World Cup is held. Currently, this developer is actively moving in the direction of housing construction and large infrastructure facilities.
