This huge district offering luxury real estate in MBR City is named after Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the current Emir of Dubai. The total area of the district is 10,800 hectares, of which 220 hectares will be occupied by parks and gardens, including golf courses. The district is located 3 km from the Business Bay area and 9 km from the popular Jumeirah Beach. The estimated cost of the project development is 30 billion AED.
